Douze Heures Trois is a collective of three friends: Angèle, Héloïse and Isabelle, who promote a healthy and delicious lifestyle every day. They work in the food industry and they are keen of gastronomy, the food arts and aesthetics.

Every first Saturday of the month, they will prepare a recipe especially for our Yodistas! 

Each of them has a different background: Hotel School of Lausanne for Angèle, an advanced diploma in Tourism and a degree in event management for Héloïse and Ferrandi School for Isabelle. Both of them have worked for French luxury brands and met each other during their professional careers.

Taste for sharing

They have decided to launch their Instagram account after many requests about their diet and lifestyle. Healthy but Happy! Their professional activity being still at a standstill because of the pandemic, they wanted to share their best inspirations.

For Angèle, it's the Green tacos for entertaining friends, Héloïse's daily avocado and Isabelle's babka! Héloïse chooses the Dragon bowl without any doubt! For Isabelle, Delicious and sweet pancakes and the Tuna tataki with blood orange !

Beetroot Blossom

(pour 2 personnes) 

1 avocat 

1/2 betterave chioggia 

1 kiwi vert 

Quelques radis 

Salade Mesclun 

Graines de sésame noir 

2 càs d’huile d’olive 

1 càs de vinaigre de pulpe de framboise 

Sel, poivre 

Coupez finement à la mandoline la betterave chioggia et les radis. Coupez au couteau l’avocat et le kiwi. Dans une assiette, disposez les tranches de betterave, de radis et de kiwi. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de mesclun à votre convenance. Et enfin l’avocat. Parsemez de graines de sésame noir. Assaisonnez et ajustez. 

Green smoothie bowl & seeds granola

(For 1 person) 

For the green smoothie bowl 

1 frozen banana 

1 handful of fresh spinach 

1 shot of coconut milk 

1 teaspoon of spirulina @algorapolis 

Seeds granola* 

Shredded coconut

*For the seeds granola 

60 gr of pumpkin seeds 

60 gr of flax seeds 

60 gr of sunflower seeds 

100 gr of oat flakes 

100 g puffed quinoa 

40 g of hazelnuts 

40 g of pecans 

120 g maple or coconut syrup 

50 g of olive oil  

For the green smoothie bowl: in a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately!  

For the seeds granola: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (put the quinoa at the end), pour it all on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees - mix in the middle of cooking.
