Our delicious gluten-free and lactose-free cookies

A sweet tooth? Here is the quick and easy recipe of our Yodista Salomé : gluten-free and lactose-free cookies. 


For 10 cookies: 

-150g of peanut puree (in organic stores)

-1 mashed banana

-1 tablespoon of yeast/baking soda

-1 egg 

-3 tablespoons of sugar, depending which one you prefer (xylitol, coconut, brown...)

-70% dark chocolate chips or pieces

Mix everything together and form small piles well-spaced on a parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. When you come out of the oven, add a pinch of "fleur de sel"

and enjoy!
